Aside from the initial purchase, painting can often be the most expensive investment for a building. Whether that be a single storey home or a multi level strata complex, it can be a costly exercise.

To help ease the financial burden, Perrott Painting can offer finance options to spread the cost over quarterly payments or, for larger amounts, over a period of 3, 5 or 7 years on one of our Painting Plans.

Quarterly Payments
Exactly as the name suggests! A quarter of the total cost is payable up front on acceptance, a quarter on completion of the work with a further quarter to be paid every 3 months until the invoice is finalised.

Painting Plan
Our most popular option is the 5 year plan. It allows for a complete repaint of the Scope of Work in the nominated year. We then provide full maintenance painting on an annual basis, to ensure that the paint work remains maintained and in sound condition for the period of the Plan.
