During his tenure, Will has supported the response to both the January 2020 hail storms in the Australian Capital Territory and the February 2020 storms in New South Wales.

With over 10 years of experience in the domestic and commercial building industry, Mitch’s expertise spans across all facets of construction. Since joining the Group in 2020, Mitch is continually motivated to drive successful product growth and development within the Strata sector.

Georgia has been with Strata Services since the very beginning. Her experience working through major CAT events across New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and most recently Queensland, has seen her successfully manage a number of insurance claims on a National scale.

Stephen Kernahan

General Manager, Victoria

With over 35 years’ experience in Stockbroking and Manufacturing, Stephen has made significant impact since joining the Group in May 2020. Stephen’s ability to foster client relationships has seen him successfully undertake the role of General Manager for Strata Services Victoria.

Melissa Gallagher

General Manager, New South Wales

Melissa has joined the Group with over 10 years of extensive experience in Business Development, providing a broad range of experience needed to identify opportunities within the Strata management sector. As General Manager of Strata NSW, Melissa carries strong leadership qualities and experience to drive the business to new heights.

John Wakim

Operations Manager, New South Wales

With over 13 years’ experience with Building, Supervision and Project Managing, John manages and runs all Insurance and Strata repairs to a value of $2,000,000. With excellent communication and problem solving skills, John ensures all stakeholders in every project are informed and provide them with prompt response. John also has the ability to manage multiple projects and subcontractors in a seamless manner, which sets him apart as one of the most capable project managers in the company.
