This course is designed and dedicated to the education of Strata Executive Committee Members and Chair people. It teaches them about the importance of Governance, Roles and Responsibilities, Meetings and Effective Communication. It includes an overview of these areas of responsibility and provides clarity on the Committee’s role, purpose and function.
