CANNON + Co LAW JOINS GRACE LAWYERS

MAJOR BOOST TO STRATA LEGAL SERVICES IN QUEENSLAND AND NATIONALLY

Grace Lawyers is delighted to announce that it has reached agreement to join forces with leading Gold Coast based strata law firm Cannon + Co Law.

Jessica Cannon will join Grace Lawyers as a Partner and her team will operate under the Grace Lawyers name and brand from 1 March 2022.

Both teams will combine existing staff in their Gold Coast offices under Jessica Cannon’s leadership, while Jason Carlson will continue to lead the firm’s Queensland operations from its office in the Brisbane CBD.

Cannon + Co Law has been recently listed as one of only two finalists in the Strata Services Business of 2022 award category through Strata Community Association (Qld). In 2021, Grace Lawyers was listed as one of three finalists for the same award.

This move brings together the only law firms listed for this award over the last two years drawn from a wide pool of suppliers of all types of services across Queensland’s strata sector.

The move positions Grace Lawyers as the largest legal services provider in Queensland dedicated to exclusively acting for bodies corporate and strata managers, and boosts Grace Lawyers’ national footprint by providing additional professional legal and support staff.

Cannon + Co Law Principal and Founder, Jessica Cannon, will become a Director of Grace Lawyers and a Partner leading the Gold Coast office from 1 March. All Cannon + Co Law staff will continue their roles with Grace Lawyers.
