Many of us have not been thinking of excellence but rather resilience over the past year, keeping our businesses operating smoothly, our employees mentally and physically healthy, and protecting the communities we manage.

Excellence may not have been the goal when we were all trying to adapt and innovate to this new normal, but from this great change so many great ideas and practices have emerged, and they deserve to be acknowledged.
