Our one-day focused course will provide an overview of the strata landscape\, familiarising attendees with industry terminology and everything you need to know to enter the strata industry. The Strata Starter is designed to give an overview of all things relevant for junior body corporate managers and those working in a body corporate firm. Covering the need to knows  from committee meetings\, disputes\, roles and responsibilities to financial arrangements – the Strata Starter is a compact introductory educational course for new body corporate managers. Please note: To retain Entry Level Membership with SCA (Qld) an Introduction to Strata course – such as the Strata Starter seminar\, must be completed within the first 12 months of SCA (Qld) membership. This is only a requirement for Entry Level Membership and not applicable to any other level of membership with SCA (Qld).
